Each MeshSilo installation requires a license key. After purchase, you'll receive an email with your license key. Enter your email and license key in MeshSilo to activate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Just contact us and we'll update your license. Then click "Sync License" in MeshSilo to apply the changes.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You'll receive a notification when approaching limits. Existing data is never deleted, but you won't be able to add new items until you upgrade or free up space.
Is there a trial period?
The Free plan lets you try MeshSilo with no time limit. Upgrade when you need more capacity or features.
